Usually we make poori with wheat flour...Now people have started experimenting with different flours being health conscious...We all love the wheat poori..When I added the tapioca flour to wheat flour in equal ratio the taste was really augmented.. Have it with the potato sabji or any sabji of your choice...

Instructions
  1. Combine the wheat flour and tapioca flour.
  2. To this add the salt dissolved in water and knead until the perfect soft consisteny is obtained.
  3. Keep aside covered for 30 minutes.
  4. Make lemon sized balls of this dough and roll out into thin pooris and deep fry in hot oil until light golden brown.
  5. Transfer to a plate and have with the potato sabji or any subji of your choice
