We got the freshest fish straight from the sea and the dish was awesome…We have forgotten how a fresh fish taste will be…we are always getting frozen or little stale fish…Our neighbour got us the freshest fish possible…her son is a Marine ..He has got some cooks working in the ship and this fish was the cook’s New Year gift to him…Since there was plenty going they thought of sending us some…the fry was delicious and spicy with the authentic masala..

  1. Clean the fish pieces and marinate in lime juice, chilli powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder, dhania powder, salt, and garlic ginger, curry leaf paste. Keep for 30 minutes minimum to infuse the flavor of masala. Heat coconut oil in a nonstick pan and fry the fish pieces until golden brown in low flame to prevent getting burnt. Serve hot with rice or as an entree dish.
