Instructions
  1. De-shell and devein the shrimps, wash well to remove dirt.
  2. Marinate the shrimp in turmeric powder, chilli powder, pepper powder, coriander powder and salt and keep aside for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat coconut oil in a pan, add the mustard and when it crackles add the finely cut shallots, ginger, garlic, green chilli and curry leaves.
  4. Saute until shallots are light golden brown.
  5. Now add the cut tomato, saute until cooked.
  6. Add the fenugreek powder, marinated shrimp and mix well and once starts boiling keep in low flame and cook until the water from prawns gets dried and is coated with the masala.
  7. Your tasty prawns chilli fry is ready to be served with rice.
