Instructions
  1. Marinate the mutton pieces in chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder fenugreek powder, saunf and salt and keep aside for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a cooker, add the cut onion, green chili, ginger and garlic, saute till onion is translucent.
  3. Now add the cut tomatoes and saute till tomato is cooked. Add marinated mutton to this.
  4. Add just enough water to cover the mutton and pressure cook until done and keep aside.
  5. Cook the potatoes, once done remove skin and keep.
  6. After the pressure subsides open the cooker, add the potatoes, and cook covered till potatoes are tender.
  7. Now add the coconut milk, curry leaves, and coriander leaves, boil till gravy is thick and switch off the stove.
  8. This curry tastes the best when cold. Have it with rice or any Indian or international bread.
Recipe Notes

See that the mutton is tender or else it will become rubbery when cooked. Use tenderizer to the marinate to get more tender mutton.
