Instructions
  1. Clean sardine and make slits on the skin so that the masala can seep in and keep aside. Grind nicely the ginger, garlic, green chilli, curry leaves, shallots, chilli powder, turmeric powder, lime juice and salt . Marinate the fish pieces in this ground masala and keep aside for minimum 30 minutes. Heat oil in a frying pan and shallow fry the fish until golden brown evenly and serve hot with rice.
