Spicy shredded chicken fry..This recipe I have posted before..when you have left over chicken this is the only way to make others eat the chicken without feeling bad that they are having leftover…The tasty crispy, spicy dish make you forget the origin…This is an authentic Salem dish…I made slight changes to make it Malabari…

Instructions
  1. Marinate the chicken pieces in turmeric powder, salt and ginger garlic paste and keep aside for 30 minutes.
  2. Cook the chicken until well cooked, remove from the stove and when cold shred the pieces and keep aside.
  3. Heat coconut oil in a pan, add the finely cut shallots, green chili, and curry leaves and saute until translucent.
  4. To this add the cut tomato and cook until mushy.
  5. Now add the coriander powder, chili powder, pepper powder and saute until aromatic.
  6. To this add the shredded chicken pieces, salt to taste, sprinkle some water cover and cook until the chicken is dry and coated with the masala.
  7. Serve with rice, roties or as a snack.
