Paneer or Indian Cottage Cheese is an excellent substitute for meat…a boon to vegetarians..Taste wise also it is exotic…Goes well with any veggies…compliment each other augmenting the taste….A good party starter…Here I used paneer with aloo and cheese to make it more delicious…

  1. Crumble the paneer, mix with mashed potato, and grated cheese.
  2. To this add the grated ginger, garlic and green chilli, finely cut curry leaves, coriander leaves, garam masala, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt and mix well to combine.
  3. Make big lemon sized balls and flatten like cutlets and keep aside.
  4. Beat egg white with salt and pepper and keep aside.
  5. Dip the cutlet in egg white, coat in breadcrumbs and deep fry in oil until golden brown evenly.
  6. Transfer to a kitchen paper to absorb oil.
  7. Have with your favourite chutney or sauce garnished with salad.
Recipe Notes

You can add any vegetables, there is no limit, it is your choice and make this into a wholesome snack.
