This is a Kerala delicacy. Mainly the most important food when breaking the fast during Ramadan and other times, in Calicut mostly.
Chicken made in coconut milk, a very good accompaniment with puttu, appam, ghee rice, idly and dosa. This is a Kerala preparation.
Puttu( steamed cylinders of ground rice layered with coconut) is a Kerala delicacy. This is a variation with chicken topping.
