Instructions
  1. Boil the water with salt, when boiling add the rice flour, mix well with a spatula.
  2. When warm add the ghee and knead well to a soft pliable dough.
  3. Make small balls of this dough and keep aside.
  4. Heat milk in a non stick pan, when boiling add the balls slowly without breaking.
  5. Once starts boiling keep in low flame and cook until the balls float on top.
  6. Mix one teaspoon rice flour in water and add to this and boil to give thickness.
  7. Now add the condensed milk and cardamom powder, stir until dissolved(add more condensed milk according to sweetness) and switch off the flame.
  8. Your sweet milk kozhukkatta is ready to serve warm or cold. Both way it tastes yum.
Recipe Notes

This sweet you can make with coconut milk and jaggery, and is an awesome combination.
