Instructions
  1. Soak the rice with all the dals and fenugreek seed in water for 3 to 4 hours.
  2. Wash well and grind with ginger, red chillies, shallots, curry leaves, coriander leaves and salt to a smooth paste.
  3. Mix asafoetida powder to this and make dosas.
  4. Drizzle oil on the sides and top when making dosas to make it more tastier.
  5. Have with your favourite chutney or Idly chilli powder.
  6. Here I had it with onion chutney and Idly chilli powder.
