Instructions
  1. Wash the methi leaves well to remove dirt and cut into small pieces and keep aside.
  2. Take wheat flour in a shallow bowl, add the cut methi leaves, finely cut green chili, garlic, salt and curd and make into a soft pliable dough.
  3. Add water if the dough is too dry and make into a soft dough and keep aside for 30 minutes.
  4. Make lemon sized balls of the dough, roll out into thick roties.
  5. Heat tawa, when hot cook the roties until both sides are cooked evenly.
  6. Dab some oil or ghee on both sides of the roti and serve hot with raitha or any dish of your choice or as is...
