An easy to make Italian dessert…Very soft creamy pudding made with milk, sugar, cream and gelatin…Effortless pudding to make in a jiffy in any occasion…We usually think of a payasam or custard pudding as a dessert…being a Malabari..Now we have started thinking laterally thinking that the horizon is endless..

Instructions
  1. Soak the gelatin in water and keep aside for 30 minutes to dissolve.
  2. After 30 minutes keep this on a double boiler and stir well to dissolve the gelatin completely and keep aside.
  3. Heat the milk with cream and condensed milk with sugar if necessary since we are adding condensed milk.
  4. To this add half of gelatin dissolved, add vanilla essence, mix well,pour in glasses until 3/4 th full and keep in the fridge covered for 3 to 4 hours until set.
  5. Meanwhile puree the mango with sugar, to this add the remaining dissolved gelatin,
  6. Pour this over the set milk mixture, and keep again in the fridge for another 2 to 3 hours to set.
  7. Your delicious mango panna cotta is ready to serve chill.
