Chicken cutlet

From left over chicken..( I have posted this dish before…Only the photo is a bit better..so posting again) An easy to make snack and loved by all…Whatever way you make you can’t make it wrong…a perfect starter or snack…I had leftover chicken from the day before and it came in handy… Mixed with boiled potato and the necessary veggies and masala this became a hit…To reduce calories I shallow fried the cutlets. You can add veggies to this if you like, like carrots, beans, cabbage, or anything you are okay with.
