An ultimate comfort drink to nullify the ailments of stomach and sinus infection…Taste-wise also very comforting…kids also are going to love this when you add in some cooked pasta or noodles…Here I made plain clear soup…This is usually made with chicken bones…but add some chicken mince and you get something to bite when having the soup…Have with toasted bread slices…This is my mom’s recipe where she never used any garam masala… If you want to avoid ghee, can omit adding fried shallots and serve as is. Add the favourite vegetables of your choice to enhance nutritional benefits.

Today’s dinner…sandwich with leftover chicken…whenever we make chicken or meat we end up having the gravy, leaving the meat behind…We can’t throw away the meat…Then end up making chicken stuffed paratha or sandwich..That is how this happened..Bread or paratha when stuffed with meat tastes even great and becomes soft. Chicken cutlet

From left over chicken..( I have posted this dish before…Only the photo is a bit better..so posting again) An easy to make snack and loved by all…Whatever way you make you can’t make it wrong…a perfect starter or snack…I had leftover chicken from the day before and it came in handy… Mixed with boiled potato and the necessary veggies and masala this became a hit…To reduce calories I shallow fried the cutlets. You can add veggies to this if you like, like carrots, beans, cabbage, or anything you are okay with.
