  1. Grapes we get nowadays are sprayed with harmful pesticides. Make it a point to soak the grapes in water for 30 minutes minimum to get rid of the pesticides. Rinse well again with fresh water, drain the water. Blend the grapes in a juicer with water and sugar if needed until smooth and frothy. Strain the juice in a colander to remove seeds. Have the juice ice cold with some ice cubes.
