Instructions
  1. Dissolve the gelatin in water and keep aside for 30 minutes.
  2. After 30 minutes keep this in a double boiler and stir to dissolve the gelatin fully without grains.
  3. Heat milk with condensed milk, when hot add the fresh cream, mix well and switch off the flame.
  4. Cool the milk cream mixture. To this add the dissolved gelatin and dates syrup, mix well to combine,
  5. When cold pour into ramekins or any mold and refrigerate for minimum 2 hours to set.
  6. Serve cold with caramel or chocolate syrup.
