Instructions
  1. Cut finely the ginger, green chili, onion, curry leaves and coriander leaves and mix with the idli batter.
  2. Add rice flour, mix well to a thick consistency and keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, when piping hot, reduce heat, add a spoonful of the batter and fry until golden brown evenly. Serve hot with coconut chutney or any chutney of your choice.
