Instructions
  1. Soak the gelatin in water and keep aside to bloom.
  2. After 30 minutes stir well to dissolve the gelatin. See that no grains are there.
  3. Half of this gelatin mixture mix with the coconut milk, add condensed milk and stir to dissolve.
  4. Pour into a clean glass or any glass container of your choice.
  5. keep something underneath the glass to keep it tilted and without disturbing keep in the fridge to set for 2 to 3 hours.
  6. Add the sugar to the pomegranate juice. Add the balance half of gelatin mixture to the juice and mix well.
  7. Gently take out the settled coconut milk, keep the glass upright and slowly pour the pomegranate juice to level, keep in the fridge to set for another 2 to 3 hours.
  8. Once both layers are settled garnish with pomegranate aril and serve chill.

    Hi panna Cotta is cooked cream, (cream + milk). But in this receipe no cream!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Here I used thick coconut milk and condensed milk and gelatin, It set well
