Chicken Sandwich

Today’s dinner…sandwich with leftover chicken…whenever we make chicken or meat we end up having the gravy, leaving the meat behind…We can’t throw away the meat…Then end up making chicken stuffed paratha or sandwich..That is how this happened..Bread or paratha when stuffed with meat tastes even great and becomes soft. So, no regrets about wasting the meat…Here I used wheat bread for the sandwich..

Instructions
  1. Mince the meat and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add the finely cut shallots, green chillies, ginger, garlic, curry leaves, and saute until shallots are light golden brown.
  3. Now add the finely cut tomato, saute until tomato is cooked.
  4. Add the turmeric powder, pepper powder, and coriander powder and saute until aromatic,
  5. Now add the minced chicken, salt and cook until cooked and dry.
  6. Take one bread slice, spread butter on top, a layer of cooked chicken, cover with another bread slice.
  7. Like this make with the balance bread slices.
  8. Heat a tawa, toast the bread slowly both sides until light golden without spilling the filling.
  9. Garnish with salad and serve.
