To go with rice A very easy dish of eggplant that goes well with rice or roties…We can make different tasty dishes with eggplant…Health benefits are numerous…contains multivitamin and potassium… has got good anti-diabetic and anti-cholesterol and anti-hypertensive properties…Here I shallow fried it to reduce the use of oil..Since the eggplant is from my sister’s garden, taste wise was awesome…We never know the value of homemade vegetables unless we try once..I do feel it is high time that we try our hands on growing necessary veggies at home…and you can prevent most of the bad affects of pesticides…
An ultimate comfort drink to nullify the ailments of stomach and sinus infection…Taste-wise also very comforting…kids also are going to love this when you add in some cooked pasta or noodles…Here I made plain clear soup…This is usually made with chicken bones…but add some chicken mince and you get something to bite when having the soup…Have with toasted bread slices…This is my mom’s recipe where she never used any garam masala… If you want to avoid ghee, can omit adding fried shallots and serve as is. Add the favourite vegetables of your choice to enhance nutritional benefits.

The crispy crunchy sweet made of maida…this sweet we usually used to make at home and store so when guests come suddenly without warning we could proudly present our homemade sweet dish…Those days getting instant snacks from close-by shops was difficult, as mostly shops will not keep snacks much unlike now..Nothing to beat this delicacy…and always fresh and crispy..
An awesome combination to have with parathas or even any flavoured rice…Benefits of paneer (Indian Cottage Cheese) and palak ( spinach) are umpteen…Paneer a good source of protein and calcium…Palak, energy packed green leafy vegetable..full of vitamin and minerals…With paneer they compliment each other…Taste also becomes something that you love so much…Here I used the mild masala and was good..
