Nothing Thai about this. Only Kerala yellow curry. I did not use chili powder, instead used turmeric with green chili and the taste was quite good.
Sunday breakfast. My husband likes nonveg dishes with chapathi, still he liked this. Saute all vegetable in oil and you get the tasty sauteed vegetables. Any vegetable can be used. In fact there is no limit to the number of veggies that can be used.
