Instructions
  1. Boil the corn in water with little salt until little soft.
  2. Drain the water and keep aside.
  3. Mix all the flours, baking powder, asafoetida, salt, chili powder, ginger green chili garlic paste with just enough water to make a thick batter.
  4. Coat the corn in this batter and deep fry in oil until both sides are golden brown.
  5. Transfer to an absorbent paper to remove oil and serve hot with your choice of sauce or chutneys.
