  1. Cook the chicken in enough water with ginger garlic paste until well cooked for 20 minutes.
  2. Strain the cooked chicken, shred the chicken pieces and keep aside..
  3. Boil the noodles in the chicken broth with salt for 5 to 6 minutes until well cooked but firm.
  4. When noodles are done add the chicken pieces back to this noodle. add the cooked and mashed potato, salt, pepper and boil well to combine.
  5. Now add the spring onion to garnish and serve hot.
  6. This itself is a meal. Enjoy your soup.
