Instructions
  1. Marinate the chicken pieces in turmeric powder, salt and ginger garlic paste and keep aside for 30 minutes.
  2. Cook the chicken until well cooked, remove from the stove and when cold shred the pieces and keep aside.
  3. Heat coconut oil in a pan, add the finely cut shallots, green chili, and curry leaves and saute until translucent.
  4. To this add the cut tomato and cook until mushy.
  5. Now add the coriander powder, chili powder, pepper powder and saute until aromatic.
  6. To this add the shredded chicken pieces, salt to taste, sprinkle some water cover and cook until the chicken is dry and coated with the masala.
  7. Serve with rice, roties or as a snack.
