  1. Mix the poha with coconut, jaggery and jeera nicely to combine.
  2. Wash the bananas with the skin and stalk intact and then make a slit with a knife lengthwise from the stalk to the end without fully cutting into two.
  3. Into the slit fill the poha coconut filling. Like this make all the bananas.
  4. Microwave for 4 minutes until banana is soft and cooked.
  5. Remove from the oven and serve hot or cold as per choice.
  6. Another way is to steam in a steamer for 10 minutes and your sweet is ready.
