  1. Beat the egg white until frothy with garlic paste, finely cut green chili, grated cheese, and crushed mustard. Add salt if needed since cheese contains salt.
  2. Take one bread slice, spread the egg mixture on top, like this make all bread slices.
  3. Heat butter in a frying pan, put the bread slices with the filling side up and cover and shallow fry until the filling is set.
  4. Remove from stove and have with your favorite sauce or as is.
