Aloo stuffed paratha…a tasty preparation to have with coffee or tea..with stuffing the taste and softness of paratha is augmented…and when you add the it spices becomes more irresistible…Any stuffing gives the paratha more taste…with non-veg even more so for non-veg lovers..

Instructions
  1. Heat water with salt and add to wheat flour and mix well.
  2. When cold knead well into a soft dough and keep aside for 30 minutes.
  3. Make the dough int big lemon sized balls and roll each one into thin paratha.
  4. Cook the potato and when soft remove skin, mash well with salt, finely cut onion, green chili, and coriander leaves.
  5. Take one paratha, keep the filling on top, cover with another paratha, seal the edges to prevent spilling of the filling and keep aside.
  6. Like this finish all the parathas.
  7. Heat a tawa, when piping hot cook the parathas until both sides are cooked well.
  8. Spread some ghee on both sides and serve hot with your favorite chutney or pickle.
